Melissa provides administrative support for Building Knowledge Canada's Operations team. They work directly with builders to schedule the testing and inspections needed for ENERGY STAR® and Net Zero labelling, and they keep our on-site visits and internal documentation coordinated and timely. Melissa is a key part of daily operations at BKC, giving steady support to both the team and our clients.
