His passion for building science, indoor air quality, and energy efficiency has helped shape BKC’s approach and advance better building practices across the residential construction industry. In his role as Founder of Building Knowledge Canada, Gord continues to share his expertise through mentorship, training, and industry engagement.

Back in 2022, Gord was awarded one of just five “hall of fame” Clean50 Lifetime Achievement Awards, recognizing his long-standing contributions to sustainability and innovation in Canada’s building industry.
