
With more than 25 years of experience in the building industry, Andrew Oding brings a practical understanding of construction, building science, and the real-world challenges faced by today’s builders. As CEO & President of Building Knowledge Canada, Andrew leads the company’s vision and strategy while working with the team to deliver practical solutions that help builders create better-performing homes.
Throughout his career, Andrew has focused on connecting building science principles with in-field application. His experience in homebuilding, as a building science trainer, as a CACEA Master Energy Advisor, and as an industry advisor has helped expand BKC’s services, strengthen client relationships, and support the growth of a team dedicated to advancing better building practices across Canada.
Andrew is a recognized building science trainer and industry contributor, working with organizations and industry partners to advance energy efficiency, high performance housing, and improved building practices across Canada. He is passionate about helping the residential construction industry navigate evolving performance standards through solutions that improve energy efficiency, indoor comfort, and long-term building performance.
